Are you looking to buy any certain item? Unless its some crazy rare item, I can probably get it for you.
I can usually get any common item within 10 minutes, and can take requests for items with specific parts/killstreak effects, but those will take longer. I also charge a fee depending on the item and how hard it is to find, if buying a valuable item, I'll need a down payment before finding/buying the item for you, it will be returned if I am not successful.

There are currently 1252 cosmetics in the game, whats the chances that one of 32 random people on your might have what your looking for? Not likely.

I'm also buying ANY item in the game as long as its discounted enough.
I don't count any paint / parts / spells / normal tier killstreaks on items.
Most items will only require 25-30% discount, skins and killstreak items will require a bit more usually.

My key stock usually ranges from 20-60 keys
