Yep, strange machina is the rarest weapon in the rarest crate, so it's very expensive.

Of course you can see it sold for 5-6 ref. I could sell tons of Villians Veil's for 2 scrap each, that doesn't mean that that's it's price. The 10 keys or offer thing still stands.

It's the rarity. Vintage Alien swarms go for like 1.5 buds. why? Because there are less that 10 in the game. it's all rarity.
