Picture Seeing ads and chosen font color changed

Apologies. It began after I realized I forgot to turn off my Norton vpn this morning. When I joined any Skial server I see the following images.

• https://www.mediafire.com/view/sp39yzr1vf9qxtr/Dec_22_US_1.png/file ( ads appearing)
• https://www.mediafire.com/view/zqbxs1agpc88sj7/Dec_22_US_1_-_Merry.png/file ( my tag, name and chat color changed by default)

Is there something I can do in my console to correct the the 2 points besides remembering to have my vpn turned off? Thanks in advance for your input.
