Problem solved. Screwy TF2

I dont know how to explain the problem "stretching" or whatnot but this just started today. I tried reinstalling but it did not help

Here is some screenshots but I dont think they will show you since I am used to how it was setup before today.
Didnt know if anyone had experienced this or not.

Go to your options, then multiplayer and make your settings look like this:

but the real question is:

why would you want your viewmodel to block 1/3 of your screen

Its how I have always played so I know no other way. I changed it to a different mode to give it a try.
