Okay, this guy is impersonating a Valve employee, this is the link to the actual Valve Employee he was impersonating ( https://steamcommunity.com/id/christen ). This is video evidence of him being apart of the scam.

Just skim the video, I do not have video editing software.​

If it's an impersonation case, you can simply get a screenshot of the profile and that would be enough for the report. Granted, you would need more evidence if the user was not reputable (Valve employee, Partner Community Admin, etc.). I've marked this individual, thanks for the report! =)
