This is video of him scamming my friend. He now currently holds the scammed item. This is a group of scammers, where one person (Generous Gem) lures someone in and scams the person and then gives it to one other person and tries to hide it.

This individual merely has the item that was lost, this does not mean they are a scammer. It is probable that the individual who took off with your friend's items quickly sold the item to Paul. If you have evidence of otherwise, post it but for now, I'm marking this invalid.
