This is understandable, basic assumption was used as I have seen many people use this exact excuse not only for festive/festivized, but also on the rarer items, as they try to pass it off as craftable when its uncraftable (For example, look at price differences between craftable and uncraftable lucky no. 42).

After some further research, it appears the reasoning behind the late date (or time period between owning and buying the minigun) may be due to the odd rate of updating your backpack in bp.tf. From Sept. 18 until Sept. 25, there are no archived loadings in-between said dates. which makes it appear you bought and resold it in the same day. It appears both me and the person who alerted me of the oddity of this potentially being a scam, made this mistake. Re evaluating this situation, it appears that you may have bought it 2 days ago as you have said and it is simply due to loading that is the issue. I do not have a hard time believing that you are genuinely a new trader and did not understand the differences between festive and festivized, nor is it unreasonable to assume you simply did not understand the value of your item. It is unfortunate however how common this specific scam is, and how often I have seen it attempted, which made me assume that you were in fact trying it.
I will unban you, as it does seem the reasoning behind mispricing your item was not due to a scam attempt, but rather a lack of information.
