Approved Saxxy for donators

I think it'd be cool if donators could spawn Saxxys like we spawn golden wrenches.
Just because I like turning people to gold on backstab.
(This would be for all servers, not just trade/idle)
(Also, sorry if this has been requested before. I don't believe it has.)

I know, right? Just a few days ago, people said I was "cheating" by using the Saxxy to bat scoot people.
