my reasoning for this report is that they are constantly buying hale rounds and preventing others from playing as hale. you might not think this is a big issue, but other people do actually want to play as hale.

I'm not entirely sure why this is being tagged as griefing considering buying Hale Rounds is a Skial option, and the player themselves is playing his/her rounds normally?

I think this would need evidence if he was buying rounds and just sitting afk, then yeah that would be griefing and keeping other people from playing hale.

No evidence provided to prove he is doing this maliciously. I do not doubt that he is, but it cannot be proven
