saxton hale ERROR

Hello, I have a problem!In deathrun and vsh servers i can't see the Saxton instead of it i have a huge ERROR, i tried to search solutions in internet but they're not working anymore.Someone can help me by providing a solution plz?

you could try deleting your downloaded models and stuff, this can happen if some files corrupt when they are being downloadedoOr you could try just installing the models directly but I don't know where the download for the newest model is.
