He's on idle server right now if an admins around, only shoots if there's an actual target and he's afk too.

Best I can get for now. It's worth noting at the start that the minigun spin up/down is timed perfectly to the blue sniper coming in and out of view. I'm having trouble getting a good demo because some afk people have obviously just put +attack in the console killing him before anything can happen. The server kept spawning me too making it more awkward, but the sudden movements he makes do like like an aimbot to me. I'll try and get a better one if possible.
