Rust server will be changing IPs

The provider of our current IP 5.181.89.19 has gone bankrupt. I've been told that the IP will stop working sometime early 2020.

Today I tried to move the Rust server to a new IP 91.216.250.20 that we own instead of lease, but it doesn't show up in the public browser.

I've moved the server back to the old IP, but we will have to move to the new one eventually.

Our new IP is still listed in Russia, I am waiting for Valve/Steam to update the IP location before we move, otherwise the server will not show up for most people.
