When are you active? What timezone?:
Timezone is EST. Activity is varying, but combined with the current quarantine I have ample time and spend a lot of it on Rust, (Averaging around 12ish hours a day on Skial so far.)
How do you tell if someone is aimbotting?:
The tough part of aimbotting, and cheating in general - it varies wildly case by case. The most obvious, therefore the most easily dealt with is the more obvious examples: When a player is hard snapping at intense angles completely outside their FOVs, hitting impossible shots like through walls or terrain.
When is it okay to use God mode?:
I'd say in very select scenarios - essentially only when performing admin duties that would within reason require godmode. In all honesty, I can't think of many - but I suppose trying to identify an aimbotter, perhaps having god mode would let them unknowingly put a full mag into a headshot. With the limited ruleset on Skial I can't think of many situations.
Will you get mad if you lose admin for "no reason"?:
I like this question a lot, particularly the quotations - makes me think there was a run in with someone very upset about their demotion. In short: no, I would not get mad if I lost admin for "no reason". Truthfully speaking I imagine there was likely a good reason, as people don't usually do things for "no reason". That said, even if I was removed for literally no reason at all, I wouldn't really mind - I just want to volunteer my time to keep the server clean, not start drama or any other unnecessary BS. If the server no longer needed me as staff that's fine with me.
Anything else you want to say:
My number of days on this server may be limited but I'll be honest, this server is great. I used to play on officials a lot, but they're just not very fun - way too many people, it doesn't really have any sense of community - unsurprisingly, that's where community servers come in. My whole friend group has had an absolute blast playing on this server, from the funny people we've met to the much more chill environment, this sever's been a great find and I'd like to donate my time - since I'm going to be on anyway.

I'll be completely honest - a mistake I made when I was younger on CS:GO.
I cheated - not for completely malicious reasons, not to ruin peoples days or improve my ranking, just as my own attempt to cope with running into frequent cheaters.
Not just blatant hackusations on anyone who was better than me, because sometimes you can just sorta tell - replays did confirm I was right but that's VAC.
It's not a good reason by any means, it's not to excuse me of my wrongdoing just what I did.
A lot of people have different views on cheating, some people try to make up for it by writing a sob story (I admin'd for a DarkRP server and one person claimed cheats were like heroin and he was addicted).
Some people view them as irredeemable - once a cheater, always a cheater.
I'd say I'm a case against the latter argument, I haven't touched or thought about cheating since the VAC ban, and in all honesty I regret it. It's a permanent stain on my profile because I was dumb, but it's my stain to live with and I knew what I was getting into so.

I understand if that's disqualifying though, but I sincerely hope not as I can assure you I've bettered myself in the nearly 4 years since my ban.
But, trying to take a positive look on it: I know what it's like to be on the other end of cheaters, to feel helpless as you get aimbotted to death over and over and unable to do a single thing about it.
I hated it, I truly did, and that's why I try to offer my time to combat against cheaters - to try and spare others of a similar feeling.

Are you still gonna be active after quarantine?

100%. It may not be 12 hours/day level active, but I'll still absolutely be active.
My current living arrangements leave me with a pretty healthy amount of time even outside of the quarantine.
