How do you tell if someone is aimbotting?:They land every single shot (usually from far away), headshots.
When is it ok to use god mode?:When spectating a potential hacker, making sure the rules are being enforced but not abused.
When is it ok to give items?:I would say never because lots of players can't be trusted.
Will you get mad if you lose admin for "no reason"?:I wouldn't get mad, but I would be frustrated and confused. I would need an explanation because I would try to be the best admin possible.
