When are you active? What timezone?:

I'm active almost everyday between 10 AM to 12 PM!!!! (PST) I usually stream when I am on as well!​

How do you tell if someone is aimbotting?:

From my knowledge, Aim-botting is an AI assisted aiming system which allows a player to effortlessly hit any and every shot, during this process, if a player is fighting multiple people, the software will allow the player to skip the process of having to move their mouse to aim at people, this is called "Snapping". now just because a player snapped to another player and killed them, doesn't seal the deal, any professional / time invested player can snap to a target in any game with training! It's hard to explain over text, but rapid movement such as for ex. Seeing a Hazzy instantly cracking multiple headshots on a full metal killing them and then proceeding to RAPIDLY perform a 180 and crack an additional 1 or 2 players killing them as well could be highly alarming! However, you really have to take time when spectating a potential user of aim bot, and take player reports with "a grain of salt" many people are quick to calling hacks when they get absolutely shit on but in most cases, the opposing player may not be cheating. They are just better!​

When is it ok to use god mode?:

God Mode should be used in an instance where an administrator may need to talk to a player without being interrupted and killed, for example, I'll give a scenario, You are administrating a Vanilla Rust Skial Server, and you have came across a blatant hacker who is aim-botting around the map, and killing countless players, these players are losing their loot to bullshit, and you need to put an end to this pesky hackers reign, so you insta kill him with a touch of a simple command, and TP the pesky hacker somewhere away from the gameplay, usually it'd be best to just ban them from the server, report them in official FP server with their Steam Information so that they also receive a game ban and move on ensuring they NEVER return to ANY other rust server, but you may want to talk to them and get their side of the story, you may have seen something along the lines of this being done in the content CAMOMO_10 Produces with his Administrating during his Twitch Streams, or showing his funny moments with edited YouTube Videos! Anyways, I'd like to elaborate more over base if needed or if what I've typed isn't understood! I'm more of a social person and LOVE talking!​

When is it ok to give items?:

Never! No items should ever be spawned in from my understanding when it comes to administrating a Rust Server, not only does it ruin the Loot Economy, but it is an unfair advantage and can be considered Admin Abuse, which in most cases will allow a player with higher power than others, to give themselves better items FASTER and effortlessly without the grind, Giving items back to players in some cases might be for the better, for example a players gun may have fell through the map, Rust is an amazing game, but still pars some bugs and glitches, in a case where a player has lost loot due to a game bug, the best thing to do is to apologize for their inconvience and encourage them to continue playing as they can farm back their losses or possibly get even better gear! Losing loot to glitches sucks! It happens to all of us, and I know I've been a victim of these annoying glitches!​

Will you get mad if you lose admin for "no reason"?:

Everything happens for a reason in life, whether it's good or bad, it was meant to happen, if I feel as if something was taken out of proportion, or something has been done wrong, I'd like to figure out why for example, I have lost administrator status and take action to better myself so I can regain the role, and ensure the issue does not occur again! There is no reason to be irresponsible and disrespectful as that will get you no where!​

Huge Thank You to "???????" and "Yolorolo" for being so cool during our interaction on 3/14/2020 around 10 PM PST, anyways, these two are amazing people and model Rust Admins! I'd also like to add that I have about 1500 Hours in Rust, but have yet to Administrate on any server revolving around Rust. My Experience when it comes to Administration and Moderation would be as follows:

I used to run an old Garry's Mod Community:
Makeshift RP

Makeshift had a range of servers with various game modes including, DARK RP, Military RP, TTT, and more! I ran my own staff team as the Director and would pull about 250 Players with all the servers combined, about a year and a half later, the community was shut down due to server issues revolving around money which had to go other places, I prioritized my life which was a good choice, and still miss the old Makeshift Days!

I have also administrated multiple Public FiveM servers dealing with rule breaks and trolls who decide to have fun breaking the rules, I'm a peoples person and most of the people I've banned / kicked have ruled me as a pretty cool dude, which confused me cause I literally just banned them, but that's besides the point, I thought you guys should know that I have had past moderation and administration experiences in other vast areas of the internet and understand the basics of Team Work and Mangement! I'd like to add that with the instances of Covid, I have been able to stay on for longer almost up to 16 Hours each day, I usually stay up late from 11:59 PM PST to 2 or 3 in the morning. My Schedule can always be adjusted as it is HIGHLY flexible, I am able to get on when other admins may not be able to and can work around their schedules as well!
