How do you tell if someone is aimbotting?:

Consistent headshots while peaking, headshots while flying, shooting through bushes/over hills, immediately landing headshots after sprinting.​

When is it okay to use God mode?:

Always, while spectating you should always have god mode on especially if there are spawned items in your inventory.​

Will you get mad if you lose admin for "no reason"?:

No, I cannot be mad for losing admin as it is voluntary and I am receiving no benefits other than cleaning up a server.​

The skial rust vanilla server in my groups experience has lacked admin presence greatly. There are many suspected aimbotting/esping groups that are hard to prove and the chat is full of racial slurs we rather would not see.

I don't plan on being a playing admin due to a conflict of interest.No admin in my opinion should also play on the server as it just serves as a distraction while you should be watching the players on the server.​

To clarify,

Always, while spectating you should always have god mode on especially if there are spawned items in your inventory. There shouldn't be an instance where another player can kill you unless you are checking for aimbot. Generally spectating you should be invisible with god mode, flying around while visible should not be done as it breaks the immersion of the game or may lead to confusion with people calling out a fly hacker.

The skial rust vanilla server in my groups experience has lacked admin presence greatly.

We hop on a bit frequently to run around and interact with players, when someone calls for us in our Discord we do hop on where we are needed, we're not on the server everyday. When there is a situation don't hesitate to hop in our discord and ping for Rust Admins in the #rust channel.

We need people reporting these individuals, we monitor death logs for any suspicious activity and have plugins to monitor and flag cheating players, we do catch a number of people this way, but we can't catch them all.

Skial allows admins to play on the server as long as admins don't use their perks to their advantage during play, you are not required to play, but you are allowed to should you choose to.
