A lot of the regulars, myself included, dislike the new change. We barely see map 3 anymore and red rarely loses now. It changes the Dustbowl we've been playing entirely.

I'd like to also respectfully request a reversion back to the 'vanilla' respawn timers on the dustbowl server. Thanks for considering this request. -Harbinger
 
I also would like you to revert the server back to normal. normal match length and normal 32 player respawn timers.
 
I'd suggest 15sec instead of the 10sec respawn currently in place. Of course a trial period would be best to test, but the 10sec being used today feels way to hard for a mismanaged blue team to win on at all.
 
The balance was perfected for fast respawn after several days of tweaking. Win rate for red winning all 3 rounds is currently at 49%.

You can see here blue won 166 half rounds, and in this case blue reached the last stage and barely won with less than 1 minute left.

If everyone is still unhappy about it I will switch it back. But I really think it is balanced now and it is much better than having 20 second respawn times.
 
Just one problem with your way of measuring balance. When teams switch sides, so do the win counts. So even if settings heavily favour Blu and they win 100% of the time, the scores will look pretty even because it will show as Red after teams switch sides. They were 31-31 this evening with vanilla respawn times even though Blu won more often, and that's just one example - the numbers are rarely too far apart for this reason.

That being said, I do concede vanilla respawn times favour Blu, but turns out most of us enjoy it more like that anyway. Third stage is usually a challenge for Blu to cap regardless.
