[RESOLVED] Donated but no effects?

Hello everyone,

I donated about 15 minutes ago and I still do not have its effects. The servers keep saying "Please donate to use this command" to donator commands. My STEAMID3 is correct in the PayPal transaction and so is my name on Steam. What's the matter?

I've tried to rejoin the servers (I tried TRADE EU and VSH EU) and even restart Steam.

Yes I did and it's not my first time donating :) So I'm very well aware what I am able to do and what I'm not. But just like 2 minutes ago I got the perks, so I'm changing this to resolved.
