Summary TF2 servers credit reset?

Detailed Explanation
Joined earlier today and it was the first time I have been on in the new month, and all of my credits are gone. I had close if not over 150k at the end of September and now I got 7k? Did certain people's credits get reset and others did not? (I asked other players on the server at the time) Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you type !keys to see if you have an offer in? If there is just cancel it.

credits are only deleted if you are gone after a year

I do not have a offer in for any keys, and I have been active in the past year. At the end of September when I was playing I had my 150k or so credits and then when I joined in October they were all gone. And I had not bought nothing with them really

I don't know what to do for proof that I had over 150k credits, all i can prove is what I got now
