Summary Sudden Latency/Ping rise on Skial SG servers (Notably 2Fort both 24 and 32 size)

Detailed Explanation
Hello, I've been playing on Skial's Singapore 2fort servers, both the 24 player and the 32 player count server as well, and despite the bigger size, I've played with little to less lag or connection lost.

Around last week, I noticed the sudden abrupt rise of latency on both servers, reaching from 68/80 to 190/210 latency ping, and it has stayed that way as of now.

Are there sudden server fixes that got change that I wasn't informed about? My internet is pretty powerful all on its own for the past year on playing on the same server, why the sudden change?

You can try using traceroute but if nothing is showing up then you are not typing it correctly, you either have a typo or you have garbage characters that don't belong in the box.

Also internet in the asia pacific region is really bad, that's why we avoided opening server there for many years.

The "power" of your internet can't simply be measured by how much bandwidth your isp promises you. In the asia pacific region, submarine cable bandwidth is very limited and it is likely that your isp is skimping on it.

I don't think my slow net is the issue, since its been switched to fibre last 6 months ago, I've had and maintained a steady 60-80 ping on the SG 2Fort+ servers, and last month ago it suddenly rocketed to 200, altho when I join its playable, but I feel a delay.

It could very well be your net. Just because you switched to fiber doesn't mean your internet must be better. There could be a routing issue with your host.

I took the liberty of looking at your ip address and noticed you are using globe telecom. I pinged our server from another globe telecom ip and there are no issues.

Oh thanks a bunch on this, I'll have my internet provider check it soon after I change my data plan, or ill manually change my IP to connect to a faster route, thank you Bott.
