there seems to be some sort of a packet loss issue? every few minutes a lag spike will occur but it won't affect my ping, some people in chat were also having this issue.

how to reproduce:
just join the server (from an EU region for most accurate results)

It's not just on EU, this is happening on all NA 32-player servers as well. Not sure how to prove it unless demos capture net_graph?

I'm not sure you could try setting net_graph 1 and recording a test demo if you want

This had nothing to do with NA servers, this was a congestion problem in Europe only that was temporary.
