Detailed Explanation
When i try to enter an skial server it says " Proxy IP : Appeal al skial.com " , i tried re-joining, i tried restarting TF2 , but it still says that.

Your current ip does not have a proxy/vpn detected. Either you were on an ip that had one or you turned it off.
