Currently there's an exploit that has gained a rise in use. It has been abused before but was only used by a small amount of users mostly with the KGB + Minigun. In FF2, both the Fragment and KGB are supposed to strip your primary for the cost of being a knight class similar to demoknight. But by abusing !items to change your melee to either the Fragment or KGB will cause you to keep your primary but gain no ammo meaning once your primary's ammo runs dry, it wont be able to re-fill. The problem arises when pyros would combine both the Fragment and Phlogistinator to gain extra damage resistance. The Phlogistinators "mmmph" gives you damage resistance until it ends. The Fragment also has damage resistance while allowing to build "mmmph" which allows you to not use the Phlogistinators ammo which allows you to build "mmmph" for the entire round. The two combined damage resistances allows pyros to take 40 damage out of a regular 202 boss melee hit which means it takes 5 hits to kill that pyro. On top of that, the Fragment can heal on hit and from the afterburn. This also stacks with the Battalion's Backup for further damage resistance.
