Declined Replace one of the 100 players servers with a Medieval mode server? [EU]

I've always seen that these server never get filled up, and they're almost always empty, so why not have a Medieval server instead of one of them?

The US server used to be full most of the day, it was only after halloween update that it has a hard time filling.

Medieval mode died out a long time ago, I don't think it would fill. You can play degroot on these servers already.
