Exactly as the title says. There are just too many donators who want to farm as Red team and swap as soon as the scramble throws them onto Blu. I think it'd be better for everyone if EVERYONE was required to play whatever team the autobalance thought was fair. It's not perfect, but it's definitely better than 21v10 before round start on Stage 3. (the second screenshot is actually from Stage 1, but the fact still stands)
