Remove surf_greatriver

It has come to my attention that when I started to play this map, it involved racism and poor effort. I have a couple of screenshots of this map to show you what I'm talking about. I feel that this map is highly unsuitable and should not be playable on skial servers. The main reason for this is that it includes a highly controversial word.

For some reason the "N-POINT" fix has reversed back or like Cream Tea suggested, it was never uploaded.
