Approved remove scramble from Vsh/ dr

because it has absolutely no use , and it blocks other players from making a decent vote. For example, someone makes a vote for scramble. Then you can't make a new vote for some time. In that time spammers gonne spam

Happens in the server. A lot. Their excuses? "I want to be on the other team" although the map we're on is specifically "hale only spawn" and "other classes spawn"

Shouldn't your request be then to have Scramble vote on a different cooldown timer then the other votes?
What about the suggestion that was already made to have scramble vote changed to have a Longer cooldown to prevent it being spammed in the first place, would that help you here?

vote scramble still has no use in VSH and DR
 
+1. It's completely useless, and just wastes a vote that could be used to silence a mic spammer, racist, or asshole.
