Remove Nazi decal in jb_casuarina

This is an issue that has been brought up over and over again and never dealt with but now that we have some mappers hopefully it can be fixed.
Inside one of the cells in Casuarina there is a large poster on the wall with swastikas and a picture of Hitler on it. Considering Skial's rules on racism this is not something we should have on one of our maps. It should be very easy to remove so it would be nice if one of our mappers could take it out.

This probably will be removed, we are deciding whether to remove the one on dr_cocainum, if that is agreed on I will also remove it from this map too.

You got the green light for this one.
While you're at it, you could disable the Russian Roulette door so that the game becomes unusable. It's terribly broken.

Edit: just because making the whole server redownload a map for a simple spray fix doesn't seem worth it. Map also needed that fix.
