Remove More Website Advertisements From Names

We already automatically remove "trade.tf" from players' names via plugin. I have compiled a list of some more third-party websites, none of which deserve to piggyback on Skial's popularity. If possible, I think these other commonly-advertised sites should be hidden as well:

• csgofade.net
• tf2bet.com
• csgo2x.com
• csgo-gambler.com
• csgo.best
• csgo.one
• csgo-lottery.com
• cases2x.com
• stn.tf
• spirit.tf
• csgo-stats.net
• csgocasino.net

Obviously there are more of these sites being made all the time, so this list is subject to additions.

+1, maybe alter the plugin so that the ones with urls to gambling sites connecting to Idle/Trade get auto-kicked instead

+1 sites like these shouldn't be allowed on Skial as they've not developed a trustworthy reputation with Steamrep or, afaik, come to any agreements with Skial. You should collect a list of sites that do this and post it on here as you see them.

I wouldn't call this censorship as it is not political in nature. We are just removing unwanted 3rd party advertisements.
