Approved remove/fix dr_porkcity

There's a exploit or a "secret" that may of been planted by the map creator which allows hale to get out of his area and kill everyone.

Not sure how its done, but its a annoying issue.

Players in the players vs hale fighting part can run out of the playable area and back onto the main map path and avoid hale and win.

I can tell who ever wants to fix the map on this one but it needs to be adressed before we reinstall the map

@Bottiger can we get i think its called Newporkcity or something like that removed from DR servers till cream tea fixes it
