Declined Remove "Cancel Waiting For Players" from Jailbreak

it's literally a spam vote there, and it does nothing. never have I seen it be used and have purpose.

Gamemodes that use arena mode (VSH, death run, jailbreak) have a minimum required amount of players before the game starts. That vote forces the round to start so they can mess around while waiting for more people to join
