Question about punishments

How do they work? Say someone was banned for 1 day, is it applied immediately whether or not the user is currently on a server and starts counting down from a day or does it apply after the user attempts to connect to a Skial server?

I believe he is asking if someone gets banned, does it get intact right away, and it does. If someone in your case gets banned for the majority of: 1 day, then it gets intact right away but in other words, if someone find you did something wrong later in regards to your case, then yes, it will become immediately later, depending on the ban length.

Are you saying a new ban starts at the end of an old ban?

He says, if you break a rule but it is noticed let's say 2 days later, it is being invoked those 2 days later but still for the original duration.
