Problem with hat plugin

Im having problems with the hat plugin and keep getting this error:

Cannot find your hat. If you are wearing a hat, please report this problem

Can this be fixed?

Just to be clear, its not a new hat, its the donators hat plugin.

There's your problem. I'm pretty sure you need to be wearing a hat for it to work

You still aren't answering Ruelel. What is the specific hat you're wearing. The problem is that it can't find the ID of the hat and we don't know what one you're trying to apply the effect to.

Can promos have unusual effects?

With the plugin, yes. I put Valve flames on my Bill's all the time.
