Problem solved. (PROBLEM SOLVED)Afraid my computer might be frozen during an update

Problem solved, im still using my phone so i cant change the prefix. it updated like 2 minutes after i posted and got the other 2 updates finished quickly. I'm installing updates on my windows 7 computer, it's been installing 1 of 3 updates for I'd say 40 minutes now. My hard drive light is flashing, and when I press caps lock the button on my keyboard lights up (some tricks I read up when i googled it) Is this an O.K situation to reboot? Or should in wait longer

Sorry if I made any spelling mistakes or something, I'm using my iphone right now.
