Why don't you Scrap your items and delete the non-trade-able ones? You can actually earn a Premium Gift if you save up enough Refined Metal, it's been done several times before.

Turn all your weapons that are trade-able *And you don't need* into Refined, I get payed next week. I know you probably won't have enough Metal to satisfy the keys, but I might just be nice and trade it to you anyways.
As long as it doesn't have anything to do with fraud, then by all means, have fun! :3
