BEFORE YOU GIFT CiNiC. Portal is for free till the 20th. Heard from a friend. Portal stays in your inventory if you install it now, and you will get to keep it in your account, but after the 20th. You'll have to pay.

Example:If you get it now, you won't have to pay a single penny for Portal.
If you intending to get it after the 20th. You'll have to pay.
