So we agreed to a spycrab of first to 3. I won three to zero and he told me that he would report me and supposedly "ban" my account. I don't even expect him to pay up even. After a while, he ran without a trace. He says he has like video evidence of me scamming him or something and I just don't want to be banned for now reason. It was a craft hat and I could have traded up to one in a few moments so it isn't very important to me. I would just like him to be banned from skial servers and I would like for me to not be reported for no reason.

You were the one who was meant to be giving the items to him, you lost.
