Just coded and finished this plugin today.
credit for the IDEA of this plugin goes to Meowcenary.
This plugin let's a server operator prioritize what class can take teleporters over other classes standing on the tele.
By default (can be changed) Engineers have a priority of 10 (highest of all the classes) and Scouts have a priority of 1 (lowest of all other classes)
Basically, if a Scout, Sniper, and Heavy were all standing on the same teleporter, it'll prioritize teleporting the Heavy, then the Sniper, then the Scout.
