Harassment itself isn't against the rules(unless it is discriminatory) but vote abuse is, you'll need some evidence though.
Im truetiming, a frequent user on skials vsh server who plays music a bunch. Waffles here started to get a little miffed that i started a conga line, in which several people joined including hale. So in response to that, this lad tried to vote ban me. After being unsuccessful, i called a vote gag on him since he was insisting hes gonna post on the forums, which is how i found out.

You were friendlying and not helping your team.
Oh ye i was helping, but i think its a bit too far to immediantley put up a vote ban for a conga line, which people decided to join in. Waffles kept saying he was recording us, which got to be a little annoying. I accept some fault but i dont think im a source of the issue

I would like to point out that you can read chat logs for anyone from the forum's website. Whether it be a certain person's chatlog or a server's chatlog at a certain time.
