Seems like most of the current scam reports are phishers, why not have a separate section for them? I don't know if it would be considered "worth it", but meh.
Just think that phishing/scamming are quite different in the fact phishers are often hacked accounts who eventually get there accounts back/get the mark undone where scammers are often doing what they do on purpose and shouldn't be dealt with ever.
