i dont think its a perm ban.... i would of warned him first, then i would of kicked him if he continued. if he kept doing it, then ban hi mfor a day or two. then a perm ban :/

I don't think permaban for a first offense is necessary. Just do a short ban first and permaban if it's a repeat offense.
