Permanent Chat Ban Not logged?

So after 6 years a skial member i made my first mistake and made an immature choice to use a racial slur in chat. I went to appeal the ban but the logs showed no record of the mute. I still cannot send messages in any skial server and its been over 4 days. Any Advice?

Well for 1, if you've been a Skial member for 6 years you should be well aware of the rules.

Your chatlogs show your messages going through

And you have no active silences or bans

Are your messages just not appearing for you visually in the chat? If so, that might be a visual bug on your end. But the server seems to be receiving your messages no problem and you're not silenced

Yea Im not sure, i can see messages going through on other servers though. I dont think other players can see my Messages aswell
