Not getting any item drops

Hey guys, so since monday I haven't been getting any item drops since this week started, can somenoe give me some advice please?

~8 items a week, reset at 5pm Pacific.
By Monday a lot of people have already got all their drops.

It took forever for me to get my first drop, just keep playing matches and keep in mind you can only get 2 a day

Alright, nothing useful so far so here's what you need to know:

-I haven't gotten any items this week
-I'm not getting any item drops and I've been playing plenty of matches (NORMAL CLASSIC MATCHES WHERE ITEMS DROP)

You can get items while on 'custom' servers too like VSH and deathrun for example
