new VAC update as of yesterday - lithiumcheats.xyz detected and users vac banned
yesterday VAC apparently either had an update or was somehow able to detect the cheat Lithium by Rud. it was based on darkstorm as most internal tf2 cheats are, but not all darkstorm pastes can be detected (most prominently m4risa.cfg was used and is still being used by ugc silver-platinum players)
following rud quitting the lithium project, it was no longer being updated and the signature did not change. however, it still took about 3 months for this to be detected. i remember using the same dll in nov 2015 as people use today, leading to my permaban from skial servers for aimbot.
a notable user of lithium was MikeTF2. though he never used it on his main with 2 unusuals, csgo knives, and covert grade skins, many people know him for chatspamming in matchmaking, aliasing as Mike while ragehacking and wearing a gold gibus.

also shoutout to /u/officialmaxbox for his tf2overwatch, i remember playing with a ragehacker called sleepless and when i used tf2overwatch.com to check, he was already overwatch banned
