I'm gonna be getting a new PC soon, but I wanna get some ideas of what I can get.
My current specs are:
Mainboard : Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H
Chipset : AMD 785G
Processor : AMD Athlon II X2 250 @ 3000MHz
Physical Memory : 4096MB (2 x 2048 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450
Hard Disk : Western Digital WD3200AAKX-001CA0 (320GB)
DVD-Rom Drive : Toshiba-Samsung CD/DVDW SH-S182M
Monitor Type : Sony CPD-G220R - 16 inches
Network Card : Realtek Semiconductor RTL8168/8111 PCIe Gigabit Ethernet Adapter
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Professional 5.01.2600 Service Pack 3 (32-bit)
DirectX : Version 9.0c (May 2010)
I'm looking for a machine that can perform at a higher rate then my current machine.
to put it into a perspective of sorts for people, I can play Skyrim at about 45 frames a sec average.
But I can barely play Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City
If you guys wanna give me some ideas I would appreciate it.

What kind of response are you waiting for if you haven't specified your budget? You want to know what needs to be upgraded in your PC? Well, Terdy has covered it pretty much good - you have to upgrade everything.
Problem solved?

I did specify my budget.
Well HUR DUR, I'm talkin I'm getting a new box and everything, so I'm looking for examples of new prebuilt PCs preferably under 600 dollars
I'm looking for a completely new system, not an upgrade.

Should've put it in your initial post.

It's gonna be a chain reaction. CPU -> MB -> RAM and case -> GPU. Your HDD is also kinda limited. It would be hard to fit in $600 budget.
Let me see..
  1. CPU + MB = $367 (even though MB is mATX it's still capable of running SATA3 and 16GB of RAM).
  2. RAM - $45
  3. Case - $70
  4. PSU - $50
Total: $532.

In regards to GFX, buy at least GTX480 if your budget allows you.

If you manage to sell your current GPU, you should be able to upgrade your graphic card as well.
I believe other fellas (like Oaky) may come up with better ideas and options for some options/parts/prices - the one above was just my rough suggestion.
