Notes: Princess Ivory Jubilee~ has the option of repaying those she owes debts to. If this happens, and the people involved agree to the fact that they are satisfied with the repayment, I'll have her tags lowered to CAUTION. The reports regarding this user are filled with mass amounts of drama. Any official appeals for this user must remain 100% free of this nonsense, otherwise we will not entertain an appeal any further.

Update 8/28/12: Jubilee has returned the 8 keys to Smokey/mr pixel. I facilitated this repayment.
