Picture Neon vote abuse

Im on the Turbine | LA server, and half server is being friendly, so anyway I started blasting. Not even 10 minutes later with no context, Neon starts a mute vote for "spam" and it goes through. All I did was start killing people even if they were friendly or not.
Before I started killing I gave some type of warning.
