Problem solved. My Graphics In Game :S

I'm having this problem in tons of games.

I formatted my pc to.
My graphic card is ATI Radeon HD 3600 Series

Did you by any chance update to the newest Catalyst Drivers (12.4)? I just did today and I'm getting the same kind of artifacts at least in TF2. I'm rolling back now to 12.3. I'll post how it turned out when its done. If you need a link to it:

Same, I try to keep things up to date. TF2 was fine before the update and issues started right after so it seems to be the culprit for me. My card is the ATI Radeon HD 4200 btw.

Edit: That was a huge pain. The 12.3 install kept saying everything was update to date and wouldn't let me downgrade. Ended up uninstalling everything then re-installing 12.3. Apparently it didn't include the actual driver needed. (@_@) So I tried re-installing 12.4 and that seems to have fix all my problems. I don't know if it will for you as well but it's something you can try doing as well if you want.

Hotfix for 12.4 released that seems to address this. Note: Other game forums have said it fixes their games as well not just limited to Diablo III.
