This seems like something that would be nice to have, team push is really annoying. In the patch notes thread other members also indicated they would like to see this implemented.

Strange, I sometimes find myself looking over a ledge and will suddenly fall in.

my guess is that in the DR servers, there was a plugin that was used to reduce the push radius/distance of players to a minuscule amount
