Scarcely Lethal Noob
How often would you be available to trade?:
very often.
What country do you live in?:
united states of america
What is the highest value trade you have completed so far (with risk, or without, list both)?:
an unusual massed flies stout shako for a strange professional killstreak collector's pretty boy's pocket pistol. had a lot of risk in the end.
Do you have any prior middleman experiences?:
yes. i learned from videos and did middleman in a skial trade server once, but i did not want to trade the items risking my profile of being marked as a scammer, which i am not.
You're middleman'ing a trade, and the seller claims to have not received the money after the buyer says he sent it. How do you proceed?:
i would proceed with figuring out the seller's trade history, and if i can't, i would ask for evidence.
The buyer and seller are negotiating between Steam items, and items from a non-Steam game. How do you handle this transactin?:
i would tell the buyer and seller that only steam game items are available to trade.
The seller is a tagged scammer on SteamRep. While it's impossible for him to rip anybody off if you're effectively middlemanning, do you still proceed with the transaction? If so, how? What about pending reports, or caution tags?:
no i will not continue the trade. it is still illegal to trade with a tagged scammer. the pending reports or caution tags, i would take care of by looking for any evidence.
Do you have any form of reputation? Be it a rep thread or feedback on a trading site?:
yes i have 2 good reputation on backpack.tf and i will continue to grow that.
Why should you represent Skial's community of traders on SteamRep?:
because i want to help the community with more fair trades and provide assistance. i am being helped by an admin of skial, who is my friend currently, and i want to spread the word of safety of trading to everyone!

yes. i learned from videos and did middleman in a skial trade server once
This is against Skial rules, if you can't understand the only trade server rule we have, trusting you with middlemanning transactions around the world under our name would be a colossal mistake.

That on top of this extremely low effort application, the application is declined.

I think his effort is fine, there are many other apps that have little to no writing that still got considered. And honestly, you shouldn't judge someone based on one sentence. Maybe he didn't know the rules back then. I think declining this is not a peaceful move, considering that he maybe can be a good middleman. It seems kind of harsh.

Peace and love.
